The emulsion is added to the aqueous dispersion and coating materials. At the compound manufacturing a good compatibility and shearing stability are given. The additional quantities depend on the application. A well effect in the aqueous coatings is achieved at additional quantities of 0,5-5 % in the total formulations. In order to achieve shiny, smooth surfaces on already existing surfaces, EMULTROL CA-1 can be applied and spreaded directly on the coating surface. At the production of leather a so-called fat grip surface can be achieved and the shiny grade can be considerably increased with EMULTROL CA-1 for the finishing.

- Compatibility
EMULTROL CA-1 is very compatible with all aqueous dispersions and binder systems in a wide pH-area. For the further dilution of the product, water or organic solvents can be used depending on the field of application. The compatibility with other additives and fillers is given well in the coating products.

This product needs no labeling according to the current regulations for dangerous goods and to the EG guide lines.
- Precautions
Do not store outdoors. Aqueous product. Protect from frost to avoid irreversible damages. Keep in sealed containers between 15°C and 35°C. Stir before use, as separation may occur over time. The usual precautions for chemicals should be taken for its transport.

Storage & Handling

- 6 months in original closed containers at a storage temperature between 15°C and 35°C.

- At a proper, dry and cool storage in its original packaging, the storage stability of the product EMULTROL CA-1 will be at least 6 months.
- The optimum storage temperature will be between +15 and +35°C.
