EMULTROL CA-1 is a bio based emulsion which is based on bees wax. This wax dispersion serves as the modification in aqueous coating and varnish materials. EMULTROL CA-1 shows a very good mechanical stability and is very well shearstable at the production of the formulation. Besides the use in the formulations, the possibility exists to use EMULTROL CA-1 also for the after treatment of application-ready coatings. Then EMULTROL CA-1 can be applied with sponges, brushes or cloth application.

EMULTROL CM-2357 is an additive emulsion based on paraffin and polyethylene wax. This product serves as the modification in aqueous coatings, paints, inks and textile dyes. Furthermore EMULTROL CM-2357 is very suitable for the surface coating of metal coils as well as for the coating of can coatings. By adding EMULTROL CM-2357, very good antiblocking, good gliding properties and the improvement of the scratch resistance and a very high water resistance is produced at the dried coating films. Varnish surfaces which are equipped with EMULTROL CM-2357 or materials which are treated with it do not pollute so fast and can be easier cleaned at a pollution, because of the special surface effect.

EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX is an aqueous wax emulsion, based on vegetable carnauba wax. This wax emulsion serves as modifying agent at aqueous coatings, varnishes, inks, leather and textile aids as well as at polishes and impregnations. Smooth, good gloss, waterresistant surfaces with good handle properties are achieved by the modification with EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX.

EMULTROL CM-2550 PL is an aqueous dispersion which is based on mineral wax. It is an optimal modification additive at the production of aqueous coatings. EMULTROL CM-2550 PL creates hydrophobic properties in the coatings and films. Due to its chemical structure, coatings which contain EMULTROL CM-2550 PL are still well paintable, printable and can be laminated well. EMULTROL CM2550 PL is also very suitable for the modification of aqueous binding agents at the paper and carton production. At the direct use of EMULTROL CM-2550 PL on already applicated surfaces a very high gloss grade, low sliding properties and high block resistance will be achieved on the surfaces. The water resistance e.g. at paper and cartons will be considerably improved. EMULTROL CM-2550 PL has food law approval is therefore suitable for the use in the food industry.

EMULTROL CM-3278 is a co-polymer wax emulsion based on paraffin and polyethylene wax. The emulsion is based on cationic. EMULTROL CM-3278 serves as the modification of the film properties. This emulsion creates hydrophobic, antiblocking and antifriction as well as good water-resistant properties in the dried surface films. EMULTROL CM-3278 is an optimal additive at the formulations of varnish and color systems, textile-, paper-, leather- and wood varnishes resp. impregnations. EMULTROL CM-3278 is also suitable for the production of polish solvents and polishing pastes.

EMULTROL CM-2555 is an aqueous emulsion based on mineral wax. It is an optimal modification additive for the production of aqueous coatings. EMULTROL CM-2555 creates hydrophobic characteristics in the coatings and films. Because of its chemical structure, coatings which contain EMULTROL CM-2555 can be good painted, printed and they are good adhesible at the later films. EMULTROL CM-2555 is also very suitable for the modification of aqueous binding agents at the paper and carton production. At the direct use of EMULTROL CM-2555 on already applied surfaces, a high gloss level, low lubricate and high blocking resistance are achieved on the surface. The water repellence at paper and cartons is considerably improved. EMULTROL CM-2555 has a food law approval and is therefore also suitable for the usage in the food area. EMULTROL CM2555 meets the food regulations according to FDA 176.180.

EMULTROL CV-2385 is an aqueous emulsion based on carnauba wax. This wax additive dispersion is an optimal modifying agent for aqueous coatings, varnishes, colors and inks. EMULTROL CV-2385 provides very smooth, scratch resistant surfaces as well as an optimal gloss grade and blocking resistance to the coating films. The main area of application for EMULTROL CV-2385 are the modification of color and varnish formulations, textile coatings, shoe and textile finishings, wood varnishes, paper aids and paper coatings, leather varnishes and leather finishings, aqueous inks and other dispersion systems. This wax emulsion is also very suitable as polish emulsion for terrazzo floors.

EMULTROL CA-1265 is an aqueous emulsion which is based on non-ionic, refined bees wax. This wax dispersion serves as the surface treatment. When EMULTROL CA-1265 is applied on varnish or other coating surfaces, these get a high gloss grade, better scratching resistance and good water resistance as well as pollution resistance. Surfaces can be better cleaned at pollutions because of the treatment. Conversely EMULTROL CA-1265 can be added to aqueous coating raw materials for the modification. EMULTROL CA-1265 is very suitable for the modification of textile, leather, shoe finish and paper coatings. It can be used optimal at the production of wood varnishes and wood impregnations. It is an important component at polish and cleaning products.

EMULTROL CM-3352 is a cationic wax emulsion based on paraffin wax. This wax emulsion serves as additive at the manufacturing of aqueous varnishes, coatings and impregnations. Through the modification the surface films will be equipped with hydrophobic film characteristics, high antiblocking resistance, well scratch resistance and friction resistance. EMULTROL CM-3352 is also very suitable for formulations in the textile, paper, leather and leather finishes area. Furthermore this wax emulsion is recommended for the production of polish pastes and cleansing emulsions.
