This wax emulsion EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX is directly added to the different aqueous coating systems, polishes, impregnations and other formulations during the production. The additional quantities depend on the application and the requirements of the coating surface quality. A good compatibility with all aqueous polymer dispersion systems is well given in a wide pH area. The recommended dosages at the application are in the additional quantity area of 0,5-3% to the corresponding coating formulations. For the application as polish or for the leather surface treatment the product can be added in original consistency or it can be diluted with water, depending on the application behavior.

- Compatibility
EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX is well compatible with all aqueous dispersion and coating systems in a wide mixture ratio. This wax emulsion can withstand many acids. It shows a good shearing stability at the production of the formulations. An optimal compatibility with many other additives, which are used for coating applications as defoamer, flow control agent, thickeners etc. is well given. Due to the inherent color of EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX, light dyeings and varnish systems can be produced. They are not affected at the coloring.

This product needs no labeling according to the current valid Danqerous Substances Directive and the corresponding EG-directives.
- Precautions
Do not store outdoors. Aqueous product. Protect from frost to avoid irreversible damages. Keep in sealed containers at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C. Before the opening of the containers, stir them well. At a longer storage time a slight separation may occur. The usual precautions for chemicals should be taken for its handling and its transport.

The shelf life of the product EMULTROL CV-1485 PLX ist at least 6 months at an appropriate, dry and cool storage in the original bunches. The optimal storage temperature is between 15°C and 35°C.
