Applications & Uses
- Product Applications
- ACCESS® MWR 1001 is an excellent impregnating agent for many mineral materials, eg. brick, cinderblock, sandstone, natural stone or mineral plaster.
- Depending on the absorptive power of the substrate, ACCESS® MWR 1001 can be diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 4 to 1 : 9.
- Apply a uniform and rich coat of the dilution to the absorbent surface with a brush, roller or by flooding.
- To avoid omitted places, two applications wet-on- wet are possible.
- For creating hydrophobic base coats, combinations with hydrosols are recommended.
- For mass waterproofing and avoiding blooming, we recommend an additional quantity of 0.1 - 1.0 % ACCESS® MWR 1001, related to cement weight.
