IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

Casiflux G38 is wollastonite (calcium silicate). Due to its structure, the use of wollastonite improves the mechanical properties of the sealant and adhesive. This product helps as a mechanical reinforcement filler for paints, sealants, road marking paints, brake linings, and gaskets.

IMSIL® A-25 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

Exal is a technological feed additive with high water and moisture retention capacity that makes a durable pellet and gives a uniform moisture distribution in the feed. It is recommended for all ages and animals. It is a pellet binder feed additive used to improve pellet quality and productivity in the feed mill.

DeCAL 5012 is a blend of surface active ingredients, hydrophobes, and white oil. It is an excellent foam control agent for many aqueous systems. It is used very successfully in water-based paints, paper coatings, polymer lattices, and adhesives. It is effective over a wide range of pH and temperatures.

JetFil® H390 is an off-white talc recommended for improving stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in polymer applications. It is used in polypropylene applications to achieve maximum stiffness at loading levels as high as 20%, 40%, or higher. It is commonly used in wood-plastic composites (WPC).

Cimpact® 550-550C is a high-brightness, high-purity, very platy, very fine talc. It is recommended for excellent stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in high-performance plastics. It is available in compacted form (Cimpact® 550C) for maximum extruder throughput, minimum dust, and improved dispersion.

Access Rudolf Organosilane AE 301 is a unique coupling agent used in various applications, including adhesives, coatings, and composites. It improves the adhesion between inorganic surfaces and organic polymers. AE 301 can also enhance the mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of the final product.

AFCONA 3750 is a silicone-based leveling and anti-crater agent for aqueous coatings that does not impact inter-coating adhesion. It is a highly fluorocarbon-modified acrylic polymer with very low surface tension, allowing it to substitute and perform as silicones without the side effects of silicones.

AFCONA 1503 is a universal dispersing resin for preparation of VOC-free universal pigment concentrates for water based. It is a dispersing resin with self-emulsifying properties. AFCONA 1503 in combination with AFCONA 4560 has been developed to be considered suitable for the production of VOC-free pigment concentrates.

AFCONA 6530 is a paint additive classified and labeled according to the CLP regulation. Its rheology properties depend on the interaction of dispersed particles in aqueous systems, and can be improved through the formation of hydrogen bonds, leading to a non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid with improved settlement prevention and anti-flooding properties in thick-film coatings.

AFCONA 6530

AFCONA 5066 is a silicone-free version of AFCONA 5065, and it can be used in the same applications. It can also be post-added to solve flooding and floating problems. In combination with a suitable high molecular weight dispersant, AFCONA 5066 can be used as a co-grinding agent.

AFCONA 3571 is a general purpose additive used to enhance surface properties in a water-based coating system. AFCONA 3571 is a special modified polydimehylsiloxane, to provide the surface properties i.e. better wetting, slip and soft feel. It offers good compatibility to most water-based systems.

AFCONA 4047 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4047 is a highly effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance provides very good stability performance with all type of pigments.

AFCONA 4063 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for the deflocculation of all types of pigments. AFCONA 4063 is an effective polymeric dispersant used to stabilize inorganic and organic pigments, as well as carbon blacks. Steric hindrance gives it very good stability performance with all type of pigments, especially in organic red, yellow and violet pigments.

AFCONA 5210 helps to wet and disperse inorganic pigments, mainly TiO2 and extenders. It is specially designed as an effective dispersant for TiO2 and recommended for use in pure white systems. However, if the white base needs to be tinted with other colors later, AFCONA 4010 is a better choice.

AFCONA 4015 is a polymeric dispersant mainly for co-grinding. This product contains strong acid and amine functional groups in order to give a good cogrinding effect. Due to the strong acid and amine functional groups, it will only function very well in high polar systems like polyurethane, epoxy, NC and acid curing

AFCONA 2721 is a defoamer specifically designed for use in UV coatings. It is composed of an acrylate monomer carrier that takes part in the system cross-linking and a combination of silicone and non-silicone components that offer good de-aeration and defoaming properties.

AFCONA 5009 is an anionic/cationic wetting and dispersing additive that improves the wetting of pigment surfaces, reducing the interfacial tension between pigments or extenders and the vehicle. It is an economy grade of additive and stabilizes the pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces.
