- AFCONA-7502 is recommended for ATH - filled acrylate systems. AFCONA-7502 is designed to increase mechanical properties in highly filled acrylate systems. It wets out and couples the fillers and the resin component in the system, and increases mechanical properties such as flexural strength, compressive strength, and tensile elasticity. AFCONA-7502 does not have an impact on the final product’s weathering or hot water resistance.
- AFCONA-7502 also improves anti-settling properties during processing or on storage of the liquid product.
- Note: AFCONA – 7502 may become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. This will not impact the performance or quality of the product.

Pigments/filler dispersant:0.1 – 1.0% based on pigment/filler weight
- Incorporation
AFCONA-7502 can be incorporated at any stage in the production process with shear. If incorporated after the dispersion process, ensure good distribution by increasing shear.

AFCONA-7502 should be transported and stored in a cool dry place (below 104F). When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
