Product Properties: AFCONA – 7520 is recommended for UPE, PVC, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. AFCONA – 7520 is very close to AFCONA – 7500 but with different modification. Thus the performance is very close but in different resins, both may behave differently in viscosity depressing. It has very good viscosity depressing property in high filled system. Thus it is very suitable for high ATH system or artificial marble industrials.

AFCONA – 7520 also effective as anti - separation additive in combination resins systems, such as PS(polystyrene) and/or SBS(styrene butadiene rubber) with UPE resin Due to it high acidic functional, AFCONA – 7520 also can be sued in BMC system as viscosity stabilizer. AFCONA – 7520 also has very good wetting power to fiber glass.

Note: AFCONA – 7520 may become slightly hazy at temperatures below 5° C. This will not influence the quality.

Addition and Dosage: For pigments/filler dispersant:0.5 - 5.0% based on pigment/filler weight

For viscosity stabilizer wetting:0.2 – 1.0 based on resin weight
Incorporation: AFCONA – 7520 should be incorporated in the mill base before adding the pigments. However if used in after mix, please apply high shear force to disperse the system.

Storage & Handling

Storage Information: AFCONA-7520 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
