- AFCONA – LE 1000 is an effective dispersing agent for preparation of solvent and water based pigment concentrate. This is a high molecular weight dispersing agent where it stabilized pigments through steric hindrance, thus it is suitable for all type of pigments.
- AFCONA – LE 1000 is complete water - soluble and does not necessary has to be neutralized. However, neutralization to pH 9 will strongly improve the viscosity reduction performance.
- Note: AFCONA – LE 1000 will become hazy. Heat up to 50°C and mix well before use. This will not influence the quality.

Calculation method for the required amount of active ingredient on pigment:
- TiO2 :2 - 3%
- Other inorganic pigments :2 - 4%
- Organic pigments :20 - 40%
- Carbon blacks :20 - 60%
- Incorporation
AFCONA - LE 1000 should be added prior to the pigment dispersion process.

AFCONA - LE 1000 should be stored in a cool dry place. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
