In UPE and epoxy system, AFCONA – 3035 gives the following properties:
- Improves leveling
- Better compatibility with fewer side effects (like craters and contaminations) compared to unmodified polydimethylsiloxanes
- Prevents irregular surface shrinkage
- Resists hydrolysis
- Incorporation
- AFCONA-3035 may be added at any stage in the production process. This product may also be added during the dispersion process to speed up wetting.
- Addition and Dosage
- AFCONA-3035 may be added at 0.1 - 0.5% based on total formulation. Under normal conditions, 0.1 - 0.3% based on total formulation is sufficient.

- AFCONA-3035 should be stored in a cool, dry place. When kept in its original, unopened container, it will keep up to 5 years from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is indicated on the container.
