IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

AFCONA 6530 is a paint additive classified and labeled according to the CLP regulation. Its rheology properties depend on the interaction of dispersed particles in aqueous systems, and can be improved through the formation of hydrogen bonds, leading to a non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid with improved settlement prevention and anti-flooding properties in thick-film coatings.

AFCONA 6782 is a conductive agent that can increase the conductivity of coating systems and is extremely important for electrostatic spraying. It is suitable for both non-polar and polar systems. For best results when using AFCONA 6782 in a colorant paint with only white spirit solvent, it should be incorporated with sec-butanol in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.

AFCONA 4077 is a high molecular weight polymeric dispersant for deflocculation of all type of pigments. It is a result of an innovative concept of polyurethane dispersants. This innovative technology is based on an own new developed intermediate monomer and own new developed anchoring groups.

AFCONA 7370 is a polyacrylate surface modifier with anti-foam and leveling properties. It is recommended for unsaturated polyester, PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane resin systems. This grade has a high reactivity to the air interface. It will migrate evenly to the surface to provide good leveling and anti-foam properties. In pigmented system, AFCONA 7370 will provide an even surface tension gradient that results in anti-floating and anti-flooding.

Mistron® FC 002 is a functional additive with high purity that is particularly suitable for adhesives, caulks, mastics, and sealants. This additive enhances the mechanical properties of these products and imparts hydrophobicity and barrier properties, thereby improving their corrosion resistance. Comprised primarily of talc (hydrous magnesium silicate), chlorite, dolomite, and magnesite, the product is odorless and has a white or off-white to light gray color.

Portafill® H 5 F11.0 is produced from a carefully selected, naturally occurring, platy, sedimentary mineral consisting predominantly of partially hydrated magnesium-calcium carbonate. The standardized quality of Portafill® H 5 is guaranteed by means of an ISO 9001-certified quality management plan. The chemical composition of raw material and product is closely monitored, and particle size is kept within a narrow variation. Particle shape, fineness, and high brightness make Portafill® H 5 a very efficient extender for TiO2 in paint, paper, and board applications. Its platy particle shape and very fine particle size make Portafill® H 5 an effective rheology modifier in aqueous suspensions and other fluids. It is therefore valued for applications in a/o adhesives, sealants, and plastisols.

DeCAL 2032 a novel multifunctional acrylic dispersing agent based on new technology – the grade is an ideal problem solving dispersant and is compatible with a wide range of organic and inorganic fillers and pigments utilized in water borne systems. DeCAL 2032 can aid stability and prevent the precipitation of a wide variety of mineral salts, including calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminum, zinc, barium and chromium. It is a pale brown liquid.

DeCAL 2076 is a derivative of a family of highly effective, low viscosity dispersing agents for water-borne coating systems. The product is especially suited for the dispersion of inorganic pigments. DeCAL 2076 is an ideal dispersing agent for a wide range of water-borne coatings.

Pangel OM4 is a rheological additive for intermediate to low-polarity systems, based on a highly purified bentonite clay. Pangel OM4 shows particularly good performance in aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Pangel OM4 is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

Pangel M90F is a magnesian bentonite-based rheological additive for easy gelling and dispersing capacity. This activated bentonite product increases stability and viscosity control with very fast dispersion. Pangel additives have been specially designed to optimize the rheology of the whole thickening system, either alone or in combination with other organic additives.

Pangel RMA 400 is a high-performance liquid additive and concrete rheology modifier, especially developed to reduce exudation and segregation while improving pumpability. Due to its unique structure, Pangel RMA 400 is recommended for ready-mixed concrete applications where rheology control and high initial strengths are required. It increases cohesion and initial resistance, reducing exudation and segregation.

Pangel B5 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for low-polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils. Pangel B5 is particularly recommended to provide thixotropic, suspension, and sagging-resistance properties to systems based on both aliphatic-type solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

Pangel B42 is an organically modified sepiolite powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for high polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on alcohol, glycol and ketone type solvents, as well as in mixtures of those with water.

Pangel CS 610 is an industrial rheological additive composed of colloidal silica. This product appears as an aqueous solution and is odorless. It has a pH value of 9.5-10.3 at 25°C and a density of 1.204-1.212 g/ccm at 20°C. Pangel CS 610 is also TSCA-registered.
