When added to paints and coatings, MINEX® provides unparalleled durability and resistance to abrasion, fading, cracking, and aging associated with both environmental and chemical exposures.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

TYTAN™ TAA is a titanium chelate whose alkoxy groups can react with resins to enhance adhesion and/or crosslinking, while the chelating agents stabilize the molecule. TYTAN™ TAA has an exceptional balance between reactivity and crosslinking/adhesion-improvement properties, which makes it highly suitable for significantly enhancing the performance properties of industrial coatings on challenging modern polymeric substrates, glass, and some metals.

DeCAL 2098 is an anionic superplasticizer that has been modified with polyacrylate to achieve maximum efficiency. It is highly suitable for use in mortars, concretes, self-leveling systems, adhesives, and grouts. Compared to conventional plasticizers, DeCAL 2098 has a significantly higher deflocculation effect, which allows it to maintain the dispersed state for longer periods.

Ti-Pure™ R-350 is designed to exceed today’s expectations for titanium dioxide and set tomorrow’s standard in plastic formulations. This product is intended for formulators looking for a single grade of TiO2 with performance suitable for a wide range of plastic end uses. It provides a matchless combination of excellent dispersion and processing, minimal volatile content, minimal interaction with polymer additives, durability, and the brightness that only chloride-produced rutile TiO2 can provide. This product is the only TiO2 available that can offer such an exceptional set of properties.

IMSIL® A-25 is a microcrystalline silica filler that is produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Easily wetted and dispersed in either solvent or water-based systems, IMSIL® is selected for its excellent tint retention, durability over prolonged exposure, and resistance to dirt and weathering.

JetFil® V625C is an extremely platy, fine talc product that is beneficiated to maximize stiffness, HDT, and dimensional stability in plastics applications. The particle size distribution and top size of this product are engineered and controlled to provide maximum impact strength and the best balance of stiffness and impact resistance. JetFil® V625C is compacted to enhance compounding throughput and reduce dust generation.

Access Rudolf Organosilane S2 is a yellowish and transparent liquid that is used as a crosslinking agent and adhesion promoter in various applications such as coatings, adhesives, and sealants. With a chemical structure containing silicon, oxygen, and carbon atoms, this organosilane provides improved chemical and thermal resistance to materials it is added to.

Boratherm™ SA 0700 spherical alumina particles are made from a special fusion process using high-quality ground alumina material. Boratherm™ SA grades are used in various applications because of their high thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and low thermal expansion. Due to the sphericity of the particles and the possibility to combine grades, one can obtain very high packing densities, resulting in formulations with excellent thermal conduction while maintaining low viscosity and easy application.

Access Rudolf Organosilane C 311 is a bifunctional organosilane that can enhance the adhesion and crosslinking of various coatings and adhesives. It can also improve the water repellency of the treated surfaces, making it suitable for use in many different applications.

DeCAL 4201 is an acrylic binder ideally suited for use in water-based flexographic inks. The product exists as an alkali-soluble carboxylated copolymer emulsion but can also be supplied in its neutralized varnish form as DeCAL 4202. Inks prepared using DeCAL 4201 possess excellent machine stability/resolubility, viscosity/pH stability, favorable viscosity/dilution curves, and excellent pigment wetting characteristics.

TYTAN™ AP310

TYTAN™ CX400 is a titanium chelate of an alkanolamine titanate complex and was developed as a rheology modifier for use in emulsion paints. TYTAN™ CX400 reacts with colloid stabilized binders to impart thixotropic structure. TYTAN™ CX400 is suitable for VOC-free paint.

TYTAN™ S22 is an ethylacetoacetate titanate silane chelate used commonly as important additives in moisture curing room temperature vulcanizable (RTV) silicone sealant, catalyst for silane and silicone cross linking as well as moisture scavenger for sealant. TYTAN™ S22 is sensitive to water and will react and cure immediately while in contact with moisture at room temperature.

TYTAN™ ET is a titanium alkoxide. TYTAN™ ET is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerization catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

TYTAN™ EHT is a titanium alkoxide. TYTAN™ EHT is used in a variety of industrial applications, e.g., as an esterification and transesterification catalyst, as an olefin polymerization catalyst, as an adhesion promoter, as a crosslinking agent for hydroxylic compounds, and as a component of heat and corrosion resistant paints.

TYTAN™ AP20 is primarily designed to strongly increase adhesion of solvent based inks to a variety of plastics used for food packaging or other purposes, but also pigment distribution and heat sealing resistance are improved allowing perfect hiding power and appearance of printing on otherwise problematic substrates.

TYTAN™ TNBZ is a very reactive primary zirconate that will hydrolyze immediately in contact with moisture. TYTAN™ TNBZ is mainly used as a catalyst for esterification, trans-esterification, and olefin polymerization (Ziegler-Natta). TYTAN™ TNBZ is very suitable as an adhesion-promoting and cross-linking agent for hydroxylic compounds or heat and corrosion-resistant coatings.

TYTAN™ APZ900 is a zirconium complex with α-hydroxy acid ester that can be used as an adhesion promoter for printing, crosslinker for paints and as a catalyst for esterification. Due to its chelated structure, TYTAN™ APZ900 shows a delayed reaction at ambient temperature and thus facilitates the storage stability of inks. Compared with organo-titanate adhesion promoters, it shows good compatibility with PVB, CAB, and CAP inks and provides minimal discoloration during the sterilizing process in the printing of milk pouches.

TYTAN™ AQZ30 is a zirconium triethanolamine complex that readily hydrolyses in water to produce a hydroxyl zirconium chelate. This will readily crosslink with -OH and -COOH groups in solvent and aqueous systems to form strong gels and has the potential to act as an adhesion promoter.
