PerformaSil™ 300 Roof Coating is a water-based elastomeric silicone coating that provides protection against harsh weather elements, UV degradation, and ponding water issues. It provides a flexible seal that resists lateral movements of roofing structures due to thermal expansion and contractions of the roofing structure. It repels physical water while being very permeable to water vapor allowing the structure to “breath.” Suitable for a variety of roofing substrates, it provides easy water clean-up with no solvents required for tool clean-up or overspray. It can be sprayed or roll applied.
