Technical Details & Test Data
- Cure Parameters
The following are dwell time temperatures in still oven air. Rapid air exchange will speed rate of cure.
- 500°F for 1 minute
- 450°F for 2.5 minutes
- 400°F for 4 minutes
- 350°F for 8 minutes
- 300°F for 15 minutes
- To check cross-link density, scribe cured & lm with knife and rub with a MEK wet Q-tip. Some thinning may be required depending on roll coat method.

- Storage Conditions
Ink should be stored in a metal container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
