Deco-Chem Dry Erase 6070

When properly cured, Deco-Chem’s Dry Erase ink becomes a rigid, transparent coating with outstanding chemical resistance. Use dry erase markers to mark the surface and wipe clean with a dry cloth without marring the surface.

Cure Parameters

Deco-Chem’s Dry Erase inks cure when exposed to one medium pressure mercury vapor lamp at 300w/in 50fpm. Pretests are recommended to determine the highest processing speeds possible for complete cure.

Die Cutting/Creasing

Can be successfully die cut and creased. It is recommended that jobs be tested prior to production run.

Storage Conditions

Ink should be stored in a black polyethylene container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
