Deco-Chem Dry Erase 7838

When properly cured, Deco-Chem’s Dry Erase ink becomes a rigid, transparent coating with outstanding chemical resistance. Use dry erase markers to mark the surface and wipe clean with a dry cloth without marring the surface.

Cure Parameters

Baking temperatures may vary depending on ink deposit, placement of parts in the oven and equipment. Pretests are recommended prior to production run.

  • 250°F for 25 minutes
  • 275°F for 15 minutes
  • 300°F for 10 minutes
  • 350°F for 8 minutes
  • 400°F for 4 minutes
  • 450°F for 3 minutes

Storage Conditions

Ink should be stored in a metal container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
