Cure Parameters

Deco Chem’s Grip Coating cures when exposed to 1 medium pressure mercury vapor lamp 300w/in at 30- 70fpm. Pretests are recommended to determine highest processing speeds possible for complete cure.

Storage Conditions

Ink should be stored in a black polyethylene container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
