Static Cling inks cure when exposed to one medium pressure mercury vapor lamp at 300w/in 50-70fpm. Cure cycles vary depending on color and substrate upon which the coating is being applied. Pretests are recommended to determine the highest processing speeds possible for complete cure.

Ink should be stored in a black polyethylene container at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
