Technical Details & Test Data

Cure Parameters-Air Dry

When combined with catalyst, URE will air dry at room temperature (72°F) in 8 to 12 hours. Proper air flow through racks will maximize air drying.

Cure Parameters-Baking

Baking temperatures may vary depending on ink deposit, placement of parts in the oven and equipment. Pretests are recommended prior to production run.

  • 250°F for 20 minutes
  • 275°F for 12 minutes
  • 300°F for 8 minutes
  • 350°F for 6.5 minutes
  • 400°F for 3 minutes
  • 450°F for 2 minutes

Storage & Handling

Shelf Life
6 Months
Storage Conditions

Ink should be stored in a metal can at room temperature (75°F). Inks previously used for printing runs should be stored in a separate container to avoid cross contamination. Ink has a minimum shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture if the above guidelines are followed and there has been nothing added to the ink.
