The content of a raw protein in dried peas can vary depending on the growing area, variety and harvest, but on average it is 23.4%. This value is higher than that of all common types of meat. The dried legumes even provide us with vitamins free of charge. Some vitamins of the B-complex, vitamin E, nicotinamide and pantothenic acid are also contained in it. The organic peas we offer are large, roundish and of an appealing green color. We supply them in the “whole” assortment.

    From the pantry to the table: Soups and stews are classics of the dry pea kitchen. Here they not only taste great solo, but also complement other vegetables such as beans, carrots and leeks. The modern pea soup is no longer monotonously green. Ingredients such as coconut milk and grated coconut, curry and cashews make it a real party hit. Our organic peas can be used wonderfully to puree or cooked to a creamy consistency as a side dish. A versatile genius is the green pea flour, which can be ground from our organic peas. It is not only suitable for a quick soup meal, but also results in a wonderful baking ingredient. Together with gluten-containing flour it tastes good in bread and rolls. When processed into pasta, it finds more and more followers. Pea noodles are gluten-free and are therefore also suitable for people sensitive to gluten. The pasta saturates, its green color also brings visual variety to the table.
