CELL-FLEX

Cell-Flex® Moldable Memory Foam is our thermo-moldable memory foam that provides many design choices that were not previously available for product designers. Whether the primary goal is a unique look or a more comfortable fit, our foam material delivers. We can also combine our moldable memory foam with alternative materials like our Cell-Flex EVA to provide a dual-density/hardness product.

CELL-FLEX® Moldable Memory Foam

Cell-Flex® HD is a very high density polyurethane foam. featuring a density range of Density 8-12 lbs per cubic ft.

CELL-FLEX® HD

Cell-Flex® RPF is our 100% Recycled polyurethane foam, featuring a density range of 8- 24 lbs per cubic ft. It provides excellent ventilation.

CELL-FLEX® RPF

Cell-Flex® MF is a slow recovery memory foam. When pressure is applied our foam conforms to the pressure, when released the foam returns to its original state.featuring a density range of Density 8-12 lbs per cubic ft..
