- Applications
Deuteron LE 50 can be used in air-drying primers and coatings, baking enamels, 2-component systems and wood finishes.
- Dosage
Depending on the polarity of the paint to be sprayed electrostatically, the dosage can be 0.3-4% based on the total formulation. Deuteron LE 50 is a highly effective anti-static agent. For that reason the amounts added can be kept small in practice. This is not only important for calculations but even more due to the possible detrimental effect on the water resistance or reduction of the coatings‘ anti-corrosion properties.
- Processing
Deuteron LE 50 can be added at any time during production and to the final product with a simple stirrer.
