deVan Sealants 570.11 Butyl Tape is a low-cost, all-purpose butyl-based sealing compound. It is available in convenient ready-to-use tapes or beads. This material is tough but pliable, and it can be worked by hand. Thermal expansion and contraction will not cause 570 to flow, sag, or pump from joints.

deVan Sealants 269.7 Pumpable Butyl Sealant is a premium butyl-based caulking compound that air dries to form a permanently flexible, weather-resistant seal. It adheres well to unprimed and painted metals, as well as masonry, concrete, wood, aluminum, galvanized steel, glass, and cold rolled steel. It's made to seal metal and wood windows and doors, as well as overlap seams and narrow joints. 269 should be considered for operations requiring flexibility but with limited total joint movement.

deVan Sealants 406.12 General Purpose Sealant is a general purpose, thumb grade sealant that can be used as a water, dust, and air sealant as well as a sound deadener. It is used in the construction of automobiles, trailers, refrigerator cabinets, railroad cars, and pre-fabricated buildings, among other things. 406.12 General Purpose Sealant is a non-staining, non-hardening, non-drying sealer that will not harm plastic, rubber, or paint. Adhesion is beneficial to commercially clean surfaces. It is paintable and can withstand standard bake cycles. It is insoluble in water but soluble in hydrocarbon solvents.

deVan Sealants 546.11 Burial Vault Sealant is an elastomeric product that adheres well to concrete, metal, and plastics, forming a seal against air, dust, and moisture. It is water resistant and will not cause skin to harden or lose flexibility. The Burial Vault Sealer 546.11 remains flexible at 0°F and functional at 200°F.

deVan Sealants 275.12 Non-Skinning, Standing Seam Pumpable Butyl Caulk is a high-quality, non-skinning, non-hardening, pumpable butyl-based sealing caulk. It is designed to seal metal wall panels, standing roof seams, roof deck panels, and expansion joints of similar and dissimilar materials without the use of a primer. It can be used in concealed joints in metal-to-metal assemblies. It is intended for factory or field application and is excellent for sealing joints against infiltration of air, dust, water, and pollutants.

deVan Sealants 403.21 Freeze Thaw Stable Thumbing Compound is a premium thumb grade sealing compound that has been specially formulated to withstand multiple freeze/thaw cycles. It is used in the assembly of refrigerator and freezer cabinets, as well as anywhere freeze/thaw stability is required.

deVan Sealants 530.11 Insulated Electrical Sealant is a rubber compound designed specifically for insulating and protecting low voltage connectors in above-ground or buried installations. It's also useful for sealing ductwork, cable ends, and splice seals. It is pressure sensitive and is always flexible. 530.11 adheres well to the majority of clean, dry, oil-free substrates, including aluminum, copper, porcelain, glass, stainless steel, and neoprene jacket cables. It has a high degree of cohesive strength. 530.11 is not irritating or oxidizing.

deVan Sealants 515.11 Butyl Rubber Adhesive / Sealant is a butyl rubber-based adhesive and sealant compound specially formulated for aggressive adhesion to most commercial substrates with no special surface preparation required. 515.11 is used in applications requiring aggressive adhesion, sound deadening, and/or vibration dampening. On most commercial surfaces, adhesion is typically 100 percent cohesive failure.

deVan Sealants 195 Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant is intended to permanently bond and seal a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, wood, glass, rubber, coated surfaces, and the majority of common construction materials. Silicone 195 is resistant to sunlight, ultraviolet light, and ozone. It adheres without the use of a primer and is an excellent sealant for factory application to modular components as well as field application to a wide range of substrates.
