- Machine dishwashing: Add 1/4 to 1 ounce of this product per ounce of Machine Dish Liquid used in automatic dishwash machine. This product acts as a builder increasing the alkalinity of a wash or soak solution. Add this product to wash solution. Do not add this product directly to Machine Dish Liquid, or any other concentrated cleaning chemical.
- CIP or manual cleaning: Add 1/8 ounce per gallon of wash water when using 200 – 800 ppm Active Alkalinity or 1/4 ounce per gallon of wash water if above 800 ppm Active Alkalinity.
- Add ACA directly to wash solution in commercial dishwasher
- Add only to wash solution; Do not add ACA directly to DeVere Machine Dishwashing Liquid or any other cleaning chemical
- The alkaline detergent used, chemical concentration and temperature will greatly impact corrosion. Always test on non-critical parts before using on all soft metals. This product will help protect aluminum and other soft metals.
