Security Floor® Sanitizer is an EPA-registered dry sanitizer product. This product kills bacteria via oxidation and is a proven and effective tool for Listeria control. Security Floor® Sanitizer is the only dry sanitizer for entryways, drains, and floors. When activated, our product generates hydrogen peroxide and a small amount of chlorine to accelerate activity. Therefore, it is excellent for disinfecting many different areas where cleaning and sanitizing are a concern.

DeVere Chemical Chlor CIP Powder is designed for clean-in-place and other cleaning applications where alkalinity and chlorine are required. It is strong enough to handle the most difficult soils and cleaning applications. Once diluted, this product is free-rinsing with even moderate water flow water.

DeVere Chemical Caustic HT Powder excels in deep fat fryer cleaning as well as circulation and boil-out operations on high-temperature processing equipment in the dairy and food processing industries. Caustic HT Powder does not contain chlorine and is designed for challenging applications where high alkalinity is needed or desirable. This product will clean tough protein and burnt-on soils while handling any water hardness level and heavy saturated soils. This product is free-rinsing with normal water rinses.

Security Floor® Treatment is the first granular floor treatment and entryway control product that combines alkalinity and multiple oxidizing compounds for superior performance. When activated, our granular floor treatment generates hydrogen peroxide and oxygen. DeVere Chemical WOW50 An All Purpose Cleaning Product is a less aggressive version of DeVere’s best-selling all-purpose-cleaner, WOW. This product is a fast-acting, strong liquid detergent and degreaser for all cleaning jobs. WOW50 is safe to use on all types of floors and is ideal for floor scrubbers, wet vacuums, or hand mopping. DeVere Chemical Steroklor Plus is an EPA registered food contact no-rinse sanitizer that combines the properties of a heavy-duty cleaner/degreaser with sanitizing, disinfecting, mold & mildew killing, deodorizing and stain removing. It is a true all-in-one product.

DeVere Chemical Acid CIP is a concentrated, low-foam liquid acid rinse. This product is designed for use in the final rinse cycle after an alkaline clean-in-place wash. Acid CIP works best where low-foam characteristics are desirable and soils are primarily mineral. Acid CIP is strong enough to handle the most challenging mineral soils and works well even in very hard water. This product is free-rinsing with normal water pressure.

DeVere Chemical Kemphos 2001 CTSP Pink is a concentrated powdered detergent specifically designed to clean brewery surfaces and equipment. This product contains a built-in indicator that can act as a “private laboratory” for beer equipment applications. Use the indicator to tell when the inside of tanks and other hard-to-see areas are clean.

DeVere Chemical Acid Foam NP is a concentrated, acidic, premium foaming cleaner that does not contain phosphoric acid or phosphates. Acid Foam NP is designed for foaming and manual cleaning applications where a high level of foam is desirable or acceptable. This product will remove mineral contamination and shine stainless steel and other acid-resistant surfaces. It contains a high level of acidic and chelants to quickly pull minerals off any acid-resistant surface.

DeVere Chemical Powder Descaler is a cooling pad descaler designed for use with Munters® CELdek® evaporative cooling pads and other specialty pads designed for evaporative cooling.

DeVere Chemical Deodorant Block is an easy-to-use restroom deodorizer. This Deodorant Block has a pleasant cherry scent that will immediately begin to neutralize objectionable odors. It provides long-lasting deodorizing. Use Deodorant Block with DeVere Urinal Screens for complete urinal maintenance. This product is considered biodegradable and does not contain any known carcinogens.

DeVere Chemical Food Equipment Cleaner is an aerosol that sprays thick foam to clean all types of food equipment. DeVere Chemical Floor Magic (FM) is a concentrated, no-rinse floor cleaner for use on sealed wood, laminate, vinyl, ceramic, linoleum, stone, concrete, waxed and no-wax floors. FM removes a variety of soils, requires no rinsing and leaves a clean, streak-free shine. Test FM on floor in an inconspicuous area prior to application.

DeVere Chemical Coffee Machine Cleaner (CMC) is a concentrated, acid-based liquid that removes hard water lime deposits and coffee bean oils. CMC is recommended for commercial coffee machines only.

DeVere Chemical Creme Cleanser is excellent for removing stubborn spots, build-ups, scuffs, grease, rubber marks, and soap scum. Use on porcelain, ceramic, stainless steel, chrome, Formica, fiberglass, and other surfaces. Creme Cleanser removes filth commonly associated with tubs, showers, sinks, tile, and grout without harming drain pipes.

DeVere Chemical Rewash Iron-Out Concentrate (RIC) is a concentrated powder for use in the reclaim cycle of commercial washing machines. RIC uses oxalic acid to effectively remove all mineral stains and is specially formulated to be tough on iron stains. RIC may be used with white or colored fabrics.

DeVere Chemical Ecoboost Environmentally Safe Detergent (ESD) is an eco-friendly laundry detergent for use in commercial and residential washing machines. ESD contains no dyes or perfumes. Over 95% of its ingredients comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's Designed for the Environment (DfE) standards. ESD is safe for septic systems when used as directed and does not contain nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs), other phenols, or phosphates.

DeVere Chemical Green Heavy Duty Cleaner-Degreaser (GHDC) is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable cleaner and degreaser for use on floors, walls, machinery, and other non-porous, hard surfaces. GHDC quickly penetrates and removes grease, oils and other organic soils. GHDC meets or exceeds the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency DfE standards and other published "Green" standards.

DeVere Chemical Thaw and Wash is a freezer floor and surface cleaner that will wash away soils down to -22°F (-30°C). Our product contains non-flammable ethylene glycol (antifreeze) and works with a mop, spray and wipe, and floor scrubber applications. Thaw and wash will clean road grime and soil off fuel pumps, trash cans, and other external surfaces, even during sub-freezing temperatures. Just spray and wipe for all spot cleaning. DeVere Chemical One Step Quaternary Cleaner and Disinfectant is an EPA-registered disinfectant, non-food contact sanitizer, cleaner, mildewstat, fungicide, virucide, and deodorizer, all in one. This concentrated sanitizer and disinfectant will kill most viruses and bacteria including Human Coronavirus, Avian Influenza A, H3N2 (“Avian Influenza”), H5N1, Hepatitis B, HIV-1, Staphylococcus aureus, Herpes (types 1 and 2), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 among others.

DeVere Chemical Anti-Corrosion Additive is an ultra-concentrated additive specially designed for warewashing machine detergents. Proper use of this product to eliminate corrosion on soft metals even when high concentrations of detergent are required. This Anti-Corrosion Additive uses silicates and similar chemistry to protect aluminum and other metals during the washing process. This product will work to lessen the corrosive nature of any alkaline cleaner.

DeVere Chemical Steady Flow (SF) is a concentrated Bio-enzymatic liquid drain opener for use in grease traps, sink drains, garbage disposals, shower stalls and bathtubs, holding tanks, portable toilets and outhouses, septic tanks and tile fields. SF contains living bacteria that naturally digest unwanted solids such as grease, fats, proteins, carbohydrates and sugars. SF quickly eliminates offensive odors by destroying the source.

DeVere Chemical Degrease Powder is a concentrated, degreasing alkaline detergent that produces a moderate foam. Our powder degreaser dissolves in fats, oils, and grease, creating an emulsion. This emulsion then easily rinses away with water. No scrubbing or scraping is required for this product. Degrease Powder can also be dissolved in water to make a powerful liquid degreaser that can be used to clean greasy, oily buildup in kitchens, garages, cars, and places where there is grease.

DeVere Chemical Acid Passivate and Shine rapidly removes surface rust and mineral soils from stainless steel and other nitric acid‐resistant surfaces. Passivation of stainless steel improves chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and improves the shine. This product contains a high level of nitric acid. Do not use on copper, brass, mild steel, black pipe, galvanized steel, or other surfaces damaged by nitric acid.

DeVere Chemical Chewing Gum & Candle Wax Remover has a freezing action that allows chewing gum and wax drippings to be removed easily and effectively. It removes stubborn, stuck-on soils easily using freezing action.

This 10% active, 4th-generation quaternary ammonium chloride is labeled for use in laundry machines and acts as a fabric softener.

DeVere Chemical Bac-San Alcohol Hand Sanitizer is a foaming, alcohol-based hand sanitizer designed to produce a light foam and spread evenly. Our alcohol-based hand sanitizer is methanol-free and meets the U.S. Center for Disease Control recommendations for broad-spectrum sanitizers for use on hands. Bac-San sanitizes hands and leaves a fresh aloe scent along with smooth, sanitized skin.

DeVere Chemical Rinse Rite Low Suds (RRLS) is a concentrated, low-foaming rinse aid for use in commercial dishwashers. RRLS contains a unique blend of wetting agents that causes water to sheet off dinnerware, utensils and glasses - reducing drying time and eliminating water spots.
