Dog Chemie Homogenizers 501 is aromatic C9 hydrocarbon resins. C9 hydrocarbon resins are versatile in use and widely compatible with various polymers. Major application areas are hot melts, printing inks, paints and solvent based adhesives. Due to their aromatic structure, C9 hydrocarbon resins are more compatible with polar elastomers than a C5 resin.

Deolink Epoxy TE-100 and Deolink Epoxy TM-100 are reactive bonding and coupling agents which are compatible with a large number of resins, like epoxy, acrylic, urethanes etc. Compared with amino silanes, Deolink Epoxy TE-100 and Deolink Epoxy TM-100 will not cause yellowing and can support the shelf life

Deotack 1100 is a tackifying resin.Deotack 1100 is a tackifying resin with an excellent compatibility in different polymers and bonding agents. The product is of a light color and neutral odor.

DOG Chemie Deolink Amino PH-40 is a 40 %, pre-hydrolysed 3-aminopropyl triethoxy silane in a methanol-free solution. Deolink Amino PH-40 is a ready-to-use primer and improves the adhesion to suitable substrates. Deolink® Amino PH-40 is a versatile primer and an adhesion promoter for amino-reactive resins.

Deogrip Micro S 1030 is based on Dipropylene-Glycol-Dimethyl-Ether(DMM). DMM is known as a low-odor solvent with medium fast evaporation rate and with higher flash point. Additionally DMM does not contain hydroxyl-groups and therefore is excellent suited for PU-systems. Micro S 1030 is not classified as HAZMAT.

For Deogrip Micro S 1010 (former trade name Deogrip Micro S) the solvent used is butyl acetate. Therefore, it is suitable for fast drying systems such as UV-curing and low thickness level lacquers.

Deogrip® Micro S 1010

Deogrip WPF-NT can be employed as a matting agent or surface additive in powder coatings. Due to the particle size, a pre-milling of the material may be necessary. Typical concentrations are between 5 and 15 %, although there may be some variation for special cases. Depending on the total recipe and processing, anything from a soft, flexible surface to a finely structured surface with more grip may be obtained. Due to its viscoelastic properties, Deogrip WPF-NT is also an effective shock absorber. Deogrip WPF-NT is based on renewable resources, adding a further positive aspect with regards to the ongoing sustainability discussion.

Deogrip Micro S 1005 is a low particle size version for applications with low film thickness. Deogrip Micro S 1005 is also equipped with a rheology additive in order to prevent sedimentation during storage.

Deogrip Micro A 2010 is an excellent matting agent which provides homogeneous, silky matt surfaces. Contrary to conventional matting agents such as silica, it does not give problems such as brightening, cloudiness or sedimentation. Deogrip Micro A offers silky surfaces with an excellent mar resistance. Deogrip Micro A 2010 is compatible with most binder systems. The best soft touch effects are obtained in combination with a suitable base system and higher concentrations of Deogrip. Deogrip Micro A 2010 an A 2020 are completely free of organic solvents and therefore perfectly suited for low VOC formulations.
