White Rice Flour is produced from a Long Grain variety of freshly harvested rice that is mechanically cleaned, dried, dehulled and polished. The rice is then ground to a specific particle size customized to meet optimum ingredient functionality. Rice Bran is produced from freshly harvested organic rice during the milling of white rice. Rice Bran consists primarily of the bran layer (pericarp) and germ of the rice, along with traces of rice hulls and broken rice. The oil has not been extracted, and the product thus has a fat content of approximately 15-20%. Rice Bran has a mild flavor and light color profile and is rich in dietary fiber with significant quantities of protein, antioxidant vitamins and minerals that offer health benefits in your finished product. Rice Syrup Solids 42 DE is a white to light amber colored free flowing powder with a clean, slightly sweet rice flavor. Brown Rice is hydrolyzed using natural enzyme preparations; filtered, concentrated and spray dried.
