CELLOSIZE™ thickeners are nonionic, water soluble, cellulosic polymers suitable for a wide range of applications. CELLOSIZE™ products form clear solutions in water and are cold water dispersible. They also offer good electrolyte tolerance and are stable over a wide pH range (3-10). CELLOSIZE™ thickeners have &gt;50% bio-based carbon by weight and are offered in two different product families.CELLOSIZE™ Hydroxyethyl Cellulose products allow you to modify rheology and build pleasing textures in shampoos, conditioners, body washes, hair colorants, creams and lotions, skin cleansers and more.CELLOSIZE™ Texture products are multifunctional, water-soluble polymers that enhance foams, form films, thicken, and stabilize. Applications include body washes and facial cleansers, shampoos, liquid hand soaps, shaving creams and foams, hair styling mousses and sulfate-free cleansing products.

DEXCARE™ polymer is a quaternary ammonium salt of dextran. This renewable bio-derived polysaccharide is a highly effective deposition aid for beneficial agents such as silicones or natural oils. The dextran backbone is fermented from natural, renewable sources. DEXCARE™ Polymers can be used in shampoos and body washes.

CELLOSIZE(TM) Texture E4M PRM Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose is an excellent rheology modifier, binder, film former, and water-retention agent. It yields a viscosity of 4,000 cP at low addition levels. This methoxy- and hydroxypropyl-substituted cellulosic polymer is supplied as a white powder and is multifunctional, water-soluble, and biobased.

DOWSIL™ 1686 Resin is a liquid polysilsesquioxane resin that can be used to create skin care formulations that provide radiance and shine. It also contributes to color value medium and comfortable wear to make up. The product may be used in hair care formulations to provide enhanced shine and frizz control.

DOWSIL(TM) FA 4004 ID Silicone Acrylate is a film former designed for long lasting benefits in color cosmetics and skin care applications. It exhibits good compatibility with organic sunscreens, pigments and cosmetic ingredients. It provides sebum resistance, wash off resistance as well as comfort to wear.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-0245 Cyclopentasiloxane is a volatile polydimethylcyclosiloxane composed mainly of cyclopentasiloxane. It can be used as a volatile carrier fluid with excellent spreading, easy rub out, silky skin feel, and good compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients. The product is clear, tasteless, essentially odorless, non-greasy, and non-stinging.

CELLOSIZE(TM) Texture 40-0202 Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose is a multifunctional water-soluble, biobased polymer that enhances foams, forms films, thickens and stabilizes. This product is cold water dispersible, offers excellent electrolyte tolerance, and makes clear solutions in water. Applications for this product include body washes and facial cleansers, shampoos, liquid hand soaps, shaving creams and foams, hair styling mousses and sulfate-free cleansing products.

In hair applications it provides smoothness, slipperiness, and heat protection. In skin care applications this product provides film barrier properties with a long lasting lubricious and velvety skin feel.

DOWSIL(TM) EL-8040 ID Silicone Organic Blend is a clear to slightly translucent cross-linked silicone elastomer gel delivered in a volatile isododecane carrier fluid. It provides dry smoothness, quick absorption, and a light silky feel on the skin. It can be used in color cosmetic, skin care, and sunscreen applications.

DOWSIL(TM) 593 FLUID is a blend of a dimethylsilicone polymer and a high molecular weight trimethylsiloxysilicate resin. It acts as a film former to provide water-repellency, wash-off resistance, and durability in sun care, color cosmetics, and lip stick formulations. This product has the properties of a polydimethylsiloxane fluid with a moderately high viscosity but with superior water repellency.
