DOWSIL CF-9245 Silicone Elastomer Blend needs to be added into oil/silicone phase when incorporating into a formula. Make sure the product is uniformly dispersed in the oil/silicone phase when making W/Si or W/Si+O emulsion. For O/W formula requiring heating, the product may be added at a lower temperature. Mixing with other low viscosity silicones may aid an easier mixing.
