DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid also has excellent compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, which allows this product to offer a unique set of benefits. It can serve as a co-solubilizer between silicone and hydrocarbon fluids. It can improve the spreadability and reduce the tackiness of vegetable oils. DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid is effective as a carrier fluid for colored pigments and mineral UV filters. The excellent compatibility of DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid is also useful for removing makeup from the skin.
