Duratherm 630 is a high performance, efficient and environmentally friendly thermal fluid engineered for applications requiring high temperature stability to 332ºC (630˚F). Offering precise temperature control it’s a great alternative to aromatic/synthetic fluids, at a fraction of the cost. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including, high temperature batch processing, chemical reactions, pharmaceutical and resin manufacturing among others.

Duratherm HF-FG is an engineered specifically to satisfy the needs of industry and insurance officials who recommend operating systems at temperatures below the heat transfer fluid’s flash point. Duratherm HF-FG has one of the industry’s highest flash points at 276˚C (530˚F) and meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact, is NSF registered HT1, and meets the requirements of 21CFR1783570.

Duratherm 600 is an oxidative and thermally stable heat transfer fluid (thermal oil) rated to 315˚C (600˚F). Long lasting and environmentally friendly it offers precise temperature control at an economical cost.

Duratherm FG is a rated for use up to 327°C (620°F) it’s engineered and manufactured to comply with the demands of food grade applications ranging from food processing and packaging to pharmaceutical and more.

Duratherm XLT-120 is an engineered for long-term operation in heat transfer applications requiring precise temperature control ranging from -84°C (-120°F) up to 65°C (150°F). Ideal for cryogenic applications Duratherm XLT-120’s ecomomical cost and wide operating temperature also makes it well-suited for heating and cooling applications found in the food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

INTERCOOL P-300 is chemically engineered using organic and inorganic inhibitors for corrosion protection in a propylene glycol base and used as an industrial heat transfer fluid. Best suited for applications with operating temperatures in the -51°C (-60°F) to 149°C (300°F) range.

Duratherm LT is an engineered for applications requiring process temperatures ranging from -29ºC (-30˚F) to 315ºC (600˚F). Ideal for batch processing requiring heating and cooling cycles. Eliminates the need for heat tracing in outdoor applications.

Duratherm G is a polyalkylene glycol based fluids such as UCON 500® are a widely used form of heat transfer fluid that until now offered only average performance, short fluid life and have not been compatible with most other types of heat transfer fluids. Duratherm G’s exclusive additive system now allows for its successful use in high demand applications like those found in the plastic industry, die casting and even performs and lasts exceptionally well in open baths.

Duratherm S is an extremely oxidative and thermally stable heat transfer fluid offering precise temperature control in applications requiring the highest level of oxidative resistance across a wide temperature range.

INTERCOOL OP-100 is chemically engineered using organic and inorganic inhibitors for corrosion protection in an ethylene glycol base and used as an industrial heat transfer fluid. Best suited for applications with operating temperatures in the -51°C (-60°F) to 149°C (300°F) range.

Duratherm 450FG is a rated for use up to 232ºC (450ºF) and ideal for applications such as blow molding, injection molding or any application where lower working temperatures are required or for applications requiring both heating and cooling cycles between between -25°C and 232°C (-12°F and 450°F). Duratherm 450FG meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact, is NSF registered HT1, and meets the requirements of 21CFR1783570.

Duratherm XLT-50 is an engineered for long term operation in heat transfer applications requiring precise temperature control ranging from -45°C (-50°F) up to 121°C (250°F). Duratherm XLT-50’s economic cost and wide operating temperature also makes it well suited for heating and cooling applications found in the food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries etc.
