Dyna-Purge is the leading supplier of non-chemical, non-abrasive purging compounds, formulated for safe and effective cleaning, and is a clear choice over in-house plastic resins, regrinds or other commercial products. Our unique products have a natural flow throughout the barrel of the injection molding and extrusion equipment. Dyna-Purge softens, but never completely melts. These thermoplastic compounds loosen carbonized and degraded resin, as well as color, flushing away impurities. DYNA-PURGE M is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound, formulated to flow naturally through the barrel and screw system of the injection molding machine, as well as extrusion equipment. Two non-melting but softening thermoplastic ingredients scrub, while an exclusive proprietary additive helps to remove any contamination without leaving a residue.

DYNA-PURGE X is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound, designed to have a natural flow through the extruder. An advanced formulation with dual action scrubbing expands into negative flow areas, loosening and removing degraded material. This grade is designed for extruders that process tubing or pipe, sheet, other profile applications, as well as cast film and compounding.

DYNA-PURGE SF is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound with a proprietary additive, which allows the purge to expand and scrub the screw and barrel, die, and other downstream equipment. The material is designed for extruders and co-extruders that have limited clearances related to screenpacks, mixing or metering devices, etc., when processing profile, sheet, blown and cast film.
