This dynamic product acts on the process boundary layers as well as negative flow and stagnation points. Its unique formula allows it to safely remove resin, color, carbon, additives and impurities without abrasives or chemicals.

Dyna-Purge® F2

DYNA-PURGE A is a high performance, engineered grade incorporating unique agents, with a custom carrier matrix. This dynamic product acts on the process boundary layers as well as negative flow and stagnation points. Its non-abrasive ‘hybrid’ formula allows it to safely remove resin, color, carbon, additives and impurities.

DYNA-PURGE F is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound with a proprietary additive, formulated to flow naturally through the barrel and hot runner system of the injection molding machine, as well as extrusion equipment.

Dyna-Purge® F

DYNA-PURGE M is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound, formulated to flow naturally through the barrel and screw system of the injection molding machine, as well as extrusion equipment. Two non-melting but softening thermoplastic ingredients scrub, while an exclusive proprietary additive helps to remove any contamination without leaving a residue.

Dyna-Purge® M

DYNA-PURGE X is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound, designed to have a natural flow through the extruder. An advanced formulation with dual action scrubbing expands into negative flow areas, loosening and removing degraded material. This grade is designed for extruders that process tubing or pipe, sheet, other profile applications, as well as cast film and compounding.

Dyna-Purge® X

DYNA-PURGE SF is a non-abrasive, non-chemical engineered thermoplastic purging compound with a proprietary additive, which allows the purge to expand and scrub the screw and barrel, die, and other downstream equipment. The material is designed for extruders and co-extruders that have limited clearances related to screenpacks, mixing or metering devices, etc., when processing profile, sheet, blown and cast film.

Dyna-Purge E2 is a high performance, engineered grade incorporating our exclusive ‘3X’ technology. This dynamic product acts on the process boundary layers as well as negative flow and stagnation points. Its unique formula allows it to safely remove resin, color, carbon, additives and impurities without abrasives or chemicals.
