Ebalta MG 453 GF is processed on a two-component low pressure device. After grinding with a sand paper , grit 280, the surface can be varnished with a commercial lacquer. For better adhesion we recommend the use of a primer coat. Release agent – please see category release agent

This product is a filled prototype casting compound on polyurethane base and is flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0 and clasification DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08 class R24 HL2 Processing preferentially in standard vacuum casting plants.

This product is a polyurethane system. "VP"-products are experimental products. Regarding technical data slight modifications are possible.

The product is a Polyurethane system. For improving of the flow characteristics, GM 973 can be preheated to approx. 30°C. The final strength is achieved at room temperature after approx. 3-5 days. By post-curing at 80°C for 5 hours the stated values are achieved in short time. Parts / molds must not be cast with addition curing silicone, since this might lead to faulty reactions when curing the silicone.

Ebalta LH 25 / Resin+Hardener is a light-filled two-components epoxy resin, meeting the requirements of flammability classification S4, smoke emission classification SR-2, drooling classification ST-2 as well as test of toxicity of smoke gasses of material and assembly parts of trail vehicules, according to DIN 5510-2. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 25, even come up to great demands.

This product is a polyurethane system. After use please close the containers carefully. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.
