Ebalta MG 453 GF is processed on a two-component low pressure device. After grinding with a sand paper , grit 280, the surface can be varnished with a commercial lacquer. For better adhesion we recommend the use of a primer coat. Release agent – please see category release agent

This product is a filled prototype casting compound on polyurethane base and is flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0 and clasification DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08 class R24 HL2 Processing preferentially in standard vacuum casting plants.

Ebalta LH 22 / GL is an epoxy laminating resin, which, depending on its application, can be used with the slow GL hardener or the faster GR hardener. They distinguish by minimal physiolgical effects. Regarding dimensional accuracy and –stability, laminates made of ebalta LH 22, even come up to great demands. Due to its long potlife ebalta LH 22/GL is especially suitable for large-area and thick laminates, which also with a thickness of more than 10 mm, applied in one step, cure without any shrinkage at room temperature.

Ebalta GM 900-1 / Comp. A+B is a very soft-elastic polyurea casting compound. ebalta GM 900-1 is suitable as a flexible casting system in the field of mold- and tooling for parts which require low shore hardness and high tear propgation resistance due to deep under cuts. Mold temperatures of about 60 °C lead and/or curing at 60°C, to faster curing and therefore short demoulding time. Demoulding can be reduced to 30-40 min

ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is a very thin liquid epoxy resin with high values of strength and dimensional stability. Due to its good impregnating and wetting properties it is suitable as laminating resin for high-strength components with fabrics of glass –or carbon fiber. ebalta AH 120/ TL-1 is suitable for laminating of thin as well as thick laminates with large surface up to a thickness of 10 mm. Mechnical properties basing on test pieces being postcured for 8 hrs. at 80°C Demoulding depending on layer thickness, geometry and room temperature. Check for individual case. Postcuring before demoulding of laminates, if possible.

This product is a polyurethane system. No load on GM 965-70 before 24 hrs. curing at room temperature (23°C) If the product is cured at room temperature, no entire chemical and mechanical load before 7 days after curing. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product.

Silicone casting compound LM is an addition curing silicone which cures at room temperature. After curing the material is food safe according to "BfR" and can be used as baking tin, molds for manufactoring chocolate, and so on. Any different handling of the silicone leads to expiration of license.

Ebalta AH 110 / TGS is a non-filled epoxy resin with high strength and dimensional stability, even at increasing temperature. It also can be used as casting resin with powder fillers as aluminum powder, as laminating resin with glass fabrics and as binding resin with granular fillers as aluminum granules. Depending on the application if just needs to use a different hardener for the mixture. As laminating resin AH 110 / TGS is suitable for thin high solid laminates.

This product is a polyurethane system. The processing is preferably made in customary vacuum pouring plant. Manual processing possible. Mouldmaterial: we recommend silicone molds, for example Silastic® RTV 4234-T4O.

GM 986-1 Comp. B (Amine) can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. This material is most suitable for high pressure molding plants with high molding pressure and temperature resistance. For application at 60°C Shore hardness D is between 60-62! The postcured material is not UV stable and darkens by and by. However according to our experience the change in color does not affect its utilizability. As bonding agent on aluminum support we recommend our PU coupling paste KP 8. The material is also dimensionally stable at high temperatures. At a mold temperature of approx. 60°C a Shore hardness D of 62-64 will still be reached. Due to remanent brittleness, for complicated geometries we recommend demoulding after 48 hrs. The product group ebalta SG 2000 consists of high-quality, nearly odorless two-component-Polyurethane casting resins without mixed in filler. The filler is stirred in when the components are mixed. There are different resin components available, which are processed with one hardener. The single types differ in potlife and curing time.

Ebalta SG 131 / PUR 11 is a Polyurethane system. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shaked before use. Filler content and sales units are on the separate mixing table noted.
