SECOIA 1400 is an excellent binder for low VOC mat, sheen or satin applications. Compared to conventional bio sourced alkyd emulsions, hardness development is faster, early tack and initial color reduced. Yellowing with time, especially in darkness, has also been improved.

Secoia 1400 should be kept in the original containers or in stainless steel, aluminum or plastic tanks. Ordinary steel tanks with a corrosion -proof lining can also be used. The containers should be kept closed to prevent evaporation of the water and the formation of a skin on the surface. The product should not be exposed to frost (<5°C) or to temperatures exceeding 40°C. Under normal conditions, the product can be stored for twelve months with no significant loss of its properties, but it cannot be guaranteed for a longer time.
