Thixcin® R PC is a non-hygroscopic derivative of castor oil that imparts a high degree of thixotropic thickening in cosmetics mineral, vegetable and silicones oils, as well as low-polarity aliphatic solvents. Thixcin® R PC provides thixotropy and imparts good pay-off in stick products; improves product stability when used in the oil phase of emulsions, and can be used as a binder in pressed powder formulations.

BENTONE GEL ISD V provides thermostable viscosity control of the emulsion's oil phase, improves application properties, enhances skin-feel by masking greasy or tacky components and imparts a pleasant residual silkiness to the skin.

FANCOR LANWAX is used in water in oil systems to provide firmness, emolliency, improved consistency and stability. As such, it finds wide use not only in creams and lotions, but also is most valuable in lip formulations. It will add acceptable tact to hair grooming preparations and will serve as a plasticizer in wax crayons. It is an excellent bodying agent. Low cost replacer or extender for natural waxes.

Bentone Gel® DM5 V is a specially prepared dispersion of a non-animal origin organically modified hectorite clay in dimethicone. Due to its small size, platelet shape, and large surface area, BENTONE HYDROCLAY™ 2001 is able to form strong, stable viscous gels with thixotropic fl ow behavior. RHEOLUXE 812 is a highly efficient rheological modifier for use in formulations with difficult to thicken conditions such as extreme pH or high electrolyte concentration. RHEOLUXE 812 can be used in “cold process” systems. It is a non-ionic thickener, which provides shear thinning viscosity control without affecting the formula esthetics; allowing light textures to remain light and soft to the touch.

FANCOL LA-15 is an emollient emulsifier, which provides excellent skin conditioning and effective moisturization. The powerful emulsifying properties of Lanolin Alcohol are now available to create stable O/W emulsions or even microemulsions with fine emollient and spreading properties.
