Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® has unique PPA technology with high amide density.

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

ForTii® Ace MX53B is a high-TG PPA that combines good toughness at low temperatures with chemical resistance. It is designed to replace metal in structural parts requiring high performance over a broad temperature range, from -35 °C to above 150 °C, in both dry and conditioned environments. ForTii® Ace MX53B is processed using injection molding technology and is heat stabilized. It is 50% glass-reinforced and suitable for structural parts.

Akulon® HR-HG7 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin commonly used in the automotive and transportation industry, particularly in applications related to cooling and climate systems, exterior components, and interior parts. It offers features such as heat stabilization, hydrolysis resistance, and lightweight properties.

Arnite® Care A1U is a family of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials that offer proven performance, high strength, and easy processing. It is well suited for applications in a variety of industries. Because of global commitment to manufacturing quality, medical industry leaders trust Arnite® when material quality and purity are essential for demanding high-precision components. It is suitable for injection molding or extrusion, is low viscous, and is medical grade.

Arnite® AV2 370 HF is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology best suited is injection molding, with special features such as good or high flow.

Arnitel® EL740 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries spanning automotive to E&amp;E, it is gaining popularity as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material is processed using injection molding technology and meets food contact quality requirements.

Stanyl® TS200F8 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Stanyl® TS200F8

EcoPaXX® Q-DWX6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent mechanical and flow performance, suitable for food contact and drinking water applications. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It has good surface properties and meets the requirements for drinking water contact grade. It is also 30% glass-reinforced and meets the standards for food contact quality.

In various industries, from automotive to E&amp;E, it is gaining popularity as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies, including film extrusion, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.
