Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® has unique PPA technology with high amide density.

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Arnite® TV8 260 is a high-performance engineering plastic known for its excellent combination of strength, rigidity, and processing characteristics. It is well-suited for a wide range of applications in industries such as automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods. The recommended processing technology for Arnite® TV8 260 is injection molding. This process allows for efficient and precise manufacturing of parts from this material.

Akulon® F230-C is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its medium viscosity, making it suitable for various applications. In the automotive and transportation sectors, it finds use in both exterior and interior components, contributing to the durability and functionality of automotive parts.

Stanyl® CR310 stands as a high-performance polyamide, offering unparalleled performance and value for exacting applications requiring superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction qualities, and optimal process flow. This polyamide 46 finds utility in automotive, E&amp;E, gear, and outdoor power equipment applications. Its exceptional heat resistance up to 220°C ensures it excels in high-performance scenarios, consistently outperforming PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. Injection molding serves as the ideal processing technology, with added benefits of good to high flow and being phosphorus-free.

Akulon® S223-HG6 is a high-performance material that combines the attributes of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. It is widely utilized by customers worldwide in various applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, this material excels in providing an excellent balance between ease of design and processing, all while delivering outstanding mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and under diverse conditions.

Arnite® AV2 390 XL is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology best suited is injection molding, with special features such as low outgassing.

Xytron™ G3080R is a high-performance plastic compound from Envalior that is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Akulon® F130-E6 (F-X9307) is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with a range of features, including anti-blocking, food contact acceptability, lubrication, medium viscosity, and a UL Flame Rating. It is primarily utilized in the food and beverage packaging industry.

ForTii® JTX2 is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It provides robust mechanical performance and exhibits good reliability under thermal aging and mechanical shock. ForTii® JTX2 consistently performs well in injection molding processes and has a low risk of blistering, as it has a JEDEC MLS (Moisture Level Sensitivity) 1 rating for specified thicknesses. It is particularly suitable for reflowing headers and connectors in automotive electronics. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

Stanyl® SN-PURE (Succinonitrile) is a high-purity form of succinonitrile used as an electrolyte additive in lithium-ion batteries. It enhances battery safety and extends the service life by reducing the generation of harmful gasses. The lifetime of nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), and cobalt (Co) cathode chemistries is increased with the inclusion of Stanyl® SN-PURE. It forms a protective layer at the cathode, preventing electrolyte decomposition, protecting against oxidation, and inhibiting dendrite formation.
