Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

EcoPaXX® Q-HXG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with good thermal properties and good flow for use in high-precision insulating profiles. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, which offer exceptional performance in the most demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade is processed using injection molding and features special heat stabilization and 30% glass reinforcement.

Akulon® F-X9182 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin and boasts features such as being food contact-acceptable and having low and medium viscosity. It is predominantly applied in the automotive and transportation sectors, particularly for interior components in automotive applications.

Akulon® K224-G8 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its lightweight properties and UL flame rating, making it suitable for a range of applications within the automotive and transportation industries. They are commonly used in both automotive exterior and body components, as well as interior parts. The primary processing method for these materials is injection molding.

Akulon® N24-G8 represents a family of high-performance materials that combine the attributes of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. These materials are widely utilized by customers across the globe in diverse applications, spanning automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, these materials excel in providing a remarkable balance between ease of design and processing, all while delivering exceptional mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and under varying conditions.

Akulon® F127 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin that is suitable for food contact applications and is characterized by its low viscosity. It is commonly used in the printing and packaging industry, specifically for food and beverage packaging.

Akulon® K224-G6-FC BK00001 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin labeled as food contact acceptable and is characterized by its lightweight and UL flame-rated properties. This product finds applications in markets related to automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma.

Arnitel® EM400 B-MB is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by outstanding processing characteristics. In various industries, including automotive and E&amp;E, it is becoming a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This product is suitable for processing through extrusion and injection molding technologies.

ForTii® MX15HR is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It exhibits enhanced hydrolytic stability, making it resistant to aggressive coolants (water or glycol) used in engine thermal management systems. The material provides excellent mechanical performance and weld-line resistance. The processing technology for this product is injection molding, and it offers the special features of being 35% glass-reinforced and electro-friendly, specifically designed for automotive applications.

Akulon® K224-HG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that offers a cost-effective solution and is known for being heat stabilized, lightweight, and having reduced friction properties.
