Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Arnitel® PL420-H is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries spanning from automotive to E&amp;E, Arnitel® PL420-H is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, leading to reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using injection molding technology and includes heat stabilization for enhanced performance in demanding applications.

Akulon® K224-G6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for being lightweight and UL flame-rated. They find applications in various markets, including automotive and transportation, consumer goods, healthcare, and pharma, as well as industrial applications. This product is processed through injection molding.

Arnitel® EM460 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its exceptional combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. Across industries such as automotive and E&amp;E, it is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies, including film extrusion, and complies with food contact quality requirements.

Stanyl® 46HF4530 is a superior polyamide renowned for its outstanding heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction properties, and excellent process flow. This high-performance polyamide is an excellent choice for demanding applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. With the ability to maintain its mechanical properties at temperatures as high as 220°C, it surpasses the performance of materials like PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and even PPS and LCP. It is ideally processed through injection molding and features good to high flow characteristics and heat stabilization.

Akulon® K224-PGC62 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that belongs to the polyamide chemical family and can be reinforced with materials such as glass fibers and carbon fibers. It can also incorporate fillers like glass fiber and carbon fiber during its processing, which primarily involves injection molding.

Arnitel® XG01IS is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, along with excellent processing characteristics. In industries ranging from automotive to E&amp;E, Arnitel® XG01IS is gaining recognition as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using extrusion technology, making it suitable for a wide range of applications with specific requirements.

Stanyl® TC168 (WT94102) is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heat-stabilized and thermally conductive.

Akulon® N24-G3 is a high-performance material that combines the qualities of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66, making it a preferred choice for customers worldwide across a spectrum of industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, this material excels in providing an excellent balance between ease of design and processing while delivering exceptional mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and under various conditions.

Xytron™ G4080HRE is a high-performance plastic compound from is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness.
