Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® Diablo HT-HG6 is a polyamide 6/66 (PA 6/66) that functions as a resin and is characterized by its heat stabilization, high thermo-oxidative stability, and lightweight properties. It is predominantly used in the automotive and transportation markets, particularly in applications related to cooling and climate systems, exterior and body components, as well as interior elements.

ForTii® MX3 is a high-Tg PPA (polyphthalamide) that excels in dimensional stability at elevated temperatures due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT). ForTii® MX3 exhibits excellent fatigue performance and good chemical resistance. The material is 50% glass-reinforced and heat-stable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

Arnitel® ECO L700 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. Across industries including automotive and E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers, effectively reducing environmental impact and system costs. This material can be efficiently processed via injection molding and is notable for containing 22% renewable content. Additionally, it is suitable for food-contact applications.

Akulon® Fuel Lock FLX40-HP (K-X09022) is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with valuable properties, including good barrier properties and low-temperature impact resistance. These features make it highly suitable for applications in diverse markets such as automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and printing and packaging.

Stanyl® TE200F8 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include heat stabilization.

Akulon® K122/F is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with labeling claims for food contact acceptability. Its lightweight and low-viscosity properties, along with its use as a neat resin, make it suitable for various automotive applications, including exterior and interior components. This product ensures both safety and functionality in automotive design and manufacturing.

Akulon® GA-XLG0 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyamide copolymer that functions as a resin with several advantageous characteristics, including good UV stability, weather stability, high stiffness, high strength, an UL flame rating, and UV stabilization. These attributes position it favorably in the automotive and transportation markets.
