Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® F-X9190 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with notable characteristics such as being lightweight, having low and medium viscosity, and carrying a UL flame rating. This versatile material finds extensive use in the automotive and transportation industries, specifically for both exterior and interior applications.

Arnite® A06 700 is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. Processing technology includes extrusion and injection molding, with special features such as high viscosity.

Stanyl® 46HF5040 is a superior polyamide renowned for its outstanding heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction properties, and excellent process flow. This high-performance polyamide is an excellent choice for demanding applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. With the ability to maintain its mechanical properties at temperatures as high as 220°C, it surpasses the performance of materials like PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and even PPS and LCP. It is ideally processed through injection molding and features good to high flow characteristics and heat stabilization.

Akulon® GA-XLG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyamide copolymer that functions as a resin. The features of good UV stability, good weather stability, and UV stability make this product well-suited for applications in the automotive and transportation sectors, particularly in interior components.

Akulon® F136-DH is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin with distinctive features, including being lightweight, nucleated, and UL flame-rated. It is applied in various industries and markets, including automotive and transportation, electrical and electronics, and industrial sectors.

Stanyl® Diablo OCD2100 BK27021 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include heat stabilization.

Akulon® CO-KGV5 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) material that is 25% glass-reinforced, flame retardant (halogen and phosphorus-free), and laser markable. This versatile material is utilized globally by customers in a wide range of applications, including automotive, electronics and electrical, furniture, and packaging.

ForTii® Ace JTX8 is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide with halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades. It is designed for demanding applications in the electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace industries. ForTii® Ace JTX8 is the only polyamide grade that secures the JEDEC MSL 1 rating at all thicknesses in all product designs. It has the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) available in polyamides (160 °C), satisfying various industry requirements such as chemical resistance and high-temperature thermal aging. It offers extremely robust processing performance and allows 100% regrinding while retaining high mechanical properties. ForTii® Ace JTX8 is processed using injection molding technology and features improved resistance to blistering.

EcoPaXX® Q-KG6-FC is a bio-based, high-performance polyamide (PA410) made mainly from tropical castor beans that do not compete with the food chain. It offers excellent processability and surface quality, and it is safe for use in a broad variety of food contact applications. Belonging to the family of long-chain polyamides, it provides exceptional performance in demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade is processed using injection molding and includes 30% glass reinforcement, meeting food contact quality standards.
