Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Arnite® AV2 390 XL is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronics, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology best suited is injection molding, with special features such as low outgassing.

Arnite® TV4 240 S is a high-performance engineering plastic celebrated for its impressive combination of high strength, rigidity, and excellent processing characteristics. These qualities make it a suitable choice for a wide variety of applications in the automotive, electrical, electronic, and consumer goods sectors.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FHG12 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted worldwide for applications in automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it strikes an impressive equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, delivering exceptional mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and diverse conditions. Meanwhile, for extrusion, it establishes industry benchmarks with its outstanding strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred technology, and notable features encompass 60% glass reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.

Akulon® F223-D is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with food contact acceptability. It is valued for its lightweight properties, low viscosity, and medium viscosity variants. PA 6 also boasts an UL flame rating. This material serves various markets, including automotive and transportation and electrical and electronics. Some common end uses for this product include CEE connectors, door panels, and EV charging connectors.

Akulon® K240-HPG3/A is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that is heat stabilized and impact modified, making it suitable for various applications in the automotive and transportation industries. They are used in manufacturing both exterior and interior components and can be processed using blow molding and extrusion methods.

Arnitel® CM622, a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and outstanding processing attributes. In industries spanning automotive to E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly replacement for traditional rubbers, effectively lowering environmental impact and system costs. Processed through extrusion and injection molding techniques, it features a hardness of 60 Shore D, primarily ideal for extrusion applications.

Akulon® F136-C1 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that serves as a resin primarily used in the printing and packaging markets. It is characterized by features that include being food contact acceptable, having high viscosity, and being lubricated. This versatile material finds application in various end uses, including the production of cast films and pharmaceutical packaging.

EcoPaXX® Q-KG5 is a long aliphatic polyamide suitable for precision parts and connectors, offering low moisture uptake and good flow. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, providing exceptional performance in demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (the highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade can be processed through extrusion and injection molding, and it includes 25% glass reinforcement, specifically designed for electrical and electronic applications.

EcoPaXX® Q-KG5

Xytron™ G4012T is a high-performance plastic compound from Envalior that is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.
