Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® HR-HG7 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin commonly used in the automotive and transportation industry, particularly in applications related to cooling and climate systems, exterior components, and interior parts. It offers features such as heat stabilization, hydrolysis resistance, and lightweight properties.

Akulon® XS32-E2 (FC-X9200) is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted by customers worldwide for various applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it delivers an impressive combination of design flexibility and ease of processing, complemented by outstanding mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, featuring remarkable strength, resilience, and ease of processing. This product boasts special attributes including high viscosity, nucleation, lubrication, and compliance with food contact standards. It is ideally suited for film extrusion processes.

Akulon® K224-G6-FC 99.99.99 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that has the advantage of being food contact-acceptable, lightweight, and UL flame-rated. This product is used in particular in markets such as automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma.

ForTii® Ace MX53B is a high-TG PPA that combines good toughness at low temperatures with chemical resistance. It is designed to replace metal in structural parts requiring high performance over a broad temperature range, from -35 °C to above 150 °C, in both dry and conditioned environments. ForTii® Ace MX53B is processed using injection molding technology and is heat stabilized. It is 50% glass-reinforced and suitable for structural parts.

Akulon® Fuel Lock FLX40-HP (K-X09022) is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with valuable properties, including good barrier properties and low-temperature impact resistance. These features make it highly suitable for applications in diverse markets such as automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and printing and packaging.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FHGR24 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted worldwide for a multitude of applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it delivers an exceptional equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, accompanied by outstanding mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and in diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, featuring impressive strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes include 10% glass reinforcement, 20% glass beads reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.

ForTii® MX3 is a high-Tg PPA (polyphthalamide) that excels in dimensional stability at elevated temperatures due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT). ForTii® MX3 exhibits excellent fatigue performance and good chemical resistance. The material is 50% glass-reinforced and heat-stable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

Akulon® K224-HG6U is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its good weather stability, lightweight properties, and UV stabilization. They are commonly used in automotive and transportation applications, both for exterior and body parts as well as interior components.

Arnitel® ECO L700 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. Across industries including automotive and E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers, effectively reducing environmental impact and system costs. This material can be efficiently processed via injection molding and is notable for containing 22% renewable content. Additionally, it is suitable for food-contact applications.
