Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

Xytron™ G4010T is a high-performance plastic compound developed by Envalior. It is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). This material is known for its exceptional chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. These outstanding properties make Xytron™ G4010T well-suited for a wide range of applications. The material is typically processed using injection molding technology. Notable features of Xytron™ G4010T include 40% glass reinforcement for increased strength, flame retardant properties, and improved flow during processing.

Akulon® K222-D is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its food contact acceptability. It offers the advantages of being lightweight, having low viscosity, and being UL flame-rated. It finds applications in markets such as automotive and transportation as well as consumer goods.

Akulon® RePurposed RE BK00003 is a high-performance material that incorporates both polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. It is a widely utilized material by customers globally, finding applications in various industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, this material excels in providing an impressive balance between ease of design and processing, all while delivering outstanding mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and under diverse conditions.

Stanyl® TW241F8 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

Arnite® A08 100 is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronic, and consumer goods applications. Processing technology includes extrusion, with special features such as high viscosity.

Stanyl® SN-PURE (Succinonitrile) is a high-purity form of succinonitrile used as an electrolyte additive in lithium-ion batteries. It enhances battery safety and extends the service life by reducing the generation of harmful gasses. The lifetime of nickel (Ni), manganese (Mn), and cobalt (Co) cathode chemistries is increased with the inclusion of Stanyl® SN-PURE. It forms a protective layer at the cathode, preventing electrolyte decomposition, protecting against oxidation, and inhibiting dendrite formation.

Stanyl® TS300 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include heat stabilization.
