Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications. 


Xytron

EcoPaXX® Q210E-H is a high-viscous long-aliphatic polyamide known for its excellent wear and friction properties at high humidity. It is used in gears, food conveyor belt parts, and abrasive monofilaments. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides and offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies. It is heat stabilized, has high viscosity, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

ForTii® LDS85B is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It enables mechanical function integration with high impact resistance and ductility. ForTii® LDS85B exhibits very good plating performance. The processing technology for this product is injection molding, and it offers the special feature of being 30% glass-reinforced.

Stanyl® 46HF5145 is a high-performance polyamide known for its exceptional heat resistance, stiffness in design, wear and friction properties, and processing qualities. It finds applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Withstanding temperatures up to 220°C, it surpasses PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP, making it ideal for demanding high-performance uses. It is best suited for injection molding.

Akulon® K224-HG3 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that features heat stabilization and lightweight properties, making it suitable for various applications in the automotive and transportation industries. They are commonly used in automotive exterior and body components, as well as interior parts. Additionally, they find use in plastics and elastomers applications, including door panels, flooring, and wheel housing parts.

Akulon® K224-HG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that offers a cost-effective solution and is known for being heat stabilized, lightweight, and having reduced friction properties. They are UL flame-rated as well. They find applications in various markets, including automotive and transportation, building and construction, consumer goods, and industrial sectors.

Akulon® Fuel Lock FLX40-HP (K-X09022) is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with valuable properties, including good barrier properties and low-temperature impact resistance. These features make it highly suitable for applications in diverse markets such as automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and printing and packaging.

Stanyl® HFX31S B-MB is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Arnitel® ECO L700 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. Across industries including automotive and E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers, effectively reducing environmental impact and system costs. This material can be efficiently processed via injection molding and is notable for containing 22% renewable content. Additionally, it is suitable for food-contact applications.
