Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Arnitel® CM600-V, a high-performance ThermoPlastic Copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and superior processing capabilities. In automotive and E&amp;E industries, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly replacement for conventional rubber. Crafted through extrusion and injection molding, it also boasts halogen-free flame-retardant properties.

Akulon® N24-G6 is a high-performance material that seamlessly combines the attributes of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66, making it a preferred choice for customers worldwide in various industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. When used in molded parts, this material excels in delivering an excellent balance between easy design and processing, all while offering exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range and in various conditions.

Stanyl® TW241F12 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include good or high flow and heat stabilization.

ForTii® LDS85B is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It enables mechanical function integration with high impact resistance and ductility. ForTii® LDS85B exhibits very good plating performance. The processing technology for this product is injection molding, and it offers the special feature of being 30% glass-reinforced.

Akulon® K224-PG6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin used in composite materials and plastics. It offers features like impact modification, lightweight properties, and a UL flame rating. It finds applications in consumer goods (appliances and electronics), automotive and transportation (exterior, interior, and safety systems), and more.

ForTii® MX3 is a high-Tg PPA (polyphthalamide) that excels in dimensional stability at elevated temperatures due to its high heat deflection temperature (HDT). ForTii® MX3 exhibits excellent fatigue performance and good chemical resistance. The material is 50% glass-reinforced and heat-stable, making it suitable for automotive applications. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FHGR24 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted worldwide for a multitude of applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it delivers an exceptional equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, accompanied by outstanding mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and in diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, featuring impressive strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes include 10% glass reinforcement, 20% glass beads reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.

Arnitel® ECO L700 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) known for its distinctive blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and excellent processing properties. Across industries including automotive and E&amp;E, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and eco-friendly substitute for traditional rubbers, effectively reducing environmental impact and system costs. This material can be efficiently processed via injection molding and is notable for containing 22% renewable content. Additionally, it is suitable for food-contact applications.
