Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Stanyl® TW341-FC is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

Arnite® T06 200 (extrusion) is a high-performance engineering plastic known for its impressive combination of high strength, rigidity, and excellent processing characteristics. These attributes make it a suitable choice for a wide array of applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics, and consumer goods sectors.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FKG6 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted worldwide for applications spanning automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it achieves an impressive equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, accompanied by exceptional mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, offering outstanding strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and notable features encompass 30% glass reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.

Xytron™ U3020E is a high-performance plastic compound from is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. It has improved impact and is best suited for extrusion.

Akulon® SG-KGS5/HV is a high-performance material that combines the properties of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. This versatile material finds applications across various industries, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. Whether used in molded parts or extrusion, Akulon® SG-KGS5/HV offers an excellent balance between ease of design and processing while delivering exceptional mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and in diverse conditions.

Akulon® K222-KGV6 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin labeled as halogen-free and phosphorus-free, making them environmentally friendly. They are also flame-retardant, heat-stabilized, lightweight, and have achieved UL flame ratings. They find applications in industries like automotive and transportation as well as electrical and electronics.

Stanyl® 46HF5040 is a superior polyamide renowned for its outstanding heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction properties, and excellent process flow. This high-performance polyamide is an excellent choice for demanding applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. With the ability to maintain its mechanical properties at temperatures as high as 220°C, it surpasses the performance of materials like PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and even PPS and LCP. It is ideally processed through injection molding and features good to high flow characteristics and heat stabilization.

A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding, which is thermally conductive.
