Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Stanyl® TS200F6 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

Xytron™ G4010T is a high-performance plastic compound developed by Envalior. It is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). This material is known for its exceptional chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. These outstanding properties make Xytron™ G4010T well-suited for a wide range of applications. The material is typically processed using injection molding technology. Notable features of Xytron™ G4010T include 40% glass reinforcement for increased strength, flame retardant properties, and improved flow during processing.

EcoPaXX® Q170E-H is an unfilled long aliphatic polyamide with good thermal properties designed for film and monofilament extrusion. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides and offers excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using extrusion and injection molding technologies. It is heat stabilized, has medium viscosity, and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Akulon® K225-KV is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin, an injection-molded polymer with a heat stabilizer that is halogen-free. It features flame-retardant properties, is heat-stable, and has a light weight. Additionally, it is UL flame-rated, making it suitable for applications in the automotive and transportation industries.

Akulon® F130 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that serves as a resin with the function of being food contact-acceptable and features a medium viscosity. It is primarily utilized in the food and beverage packaging industry for applications such as biaxially oriented film, film, oriented film, and pharmaceutical packaging.

Arnitel® CM600-V, a high-performance ThermoPlastic Copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high-temperature resistance, strength, and superior processing capabilities. In automotive and E&amp;E industries, it serves as a lighter, more intelligent, and environmentally friendly replacement for conventional rubber. Crafted through extrusion and injection molding, it also boasts halogen-free flame-retardant properties.

Its lightweight and low-viscosity properties, along with its use as a neat resin, make it suitable for various automotive applications, including exterior and interior components. This product ensures both safety and functionality in automotive design and manufacturing.

Akulon® Ultraflow K-FHGR24 is a high-performance polyamide 6 and polyamide 66 material trusted worldwide for a multitude of applications, including automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, it delivers an exceptional equilibrium between design simplicity and processing ease, accompanied by outstanding mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and in diverse conditions. For extrusion, it sets industry benchmarks, featuring impressive strength, resilience, and ease of processing. Injection molding is the preferred method, and key attributes include 10% glass reinforcement, 20% glass beads reinforcement, heat stabilization, and high flow characteristics.
