Akulon® 

Arnite® PET, polyethylene terephthalate, and Arnite® PBT, polybutylene terephthalate, and blends are high-performance material solutions that combine high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. 

As a result, Arnite® PET and Arnite® PBT are well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical and electronic, consumer goods, food packaging applications and more. 

A wide portfolio of Arnite® is available, including unreinforced, reinforced and flame retardant grades. 


Arnite

Arnitel TPC, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, is used as a lighter, smarter, greener material alternative to conventional rubbers. Because of its excellent characteristics, it offers design engineers exceptional flexibility—giving them the freedom to implement the most innovative product concepts. 

Arnitel has a broad range of hardnesses, making it capable to replace rubbers, metals, leather and other thermoplastics. This thermoplastic elastomer delivers superior chemical resistance, along with heat and wear resistance, plus the ability to be recycled.

Stanyl is a high-performance aliphatic polyamide with a melting temperature of 295°C that due to its high crystallinity and fast crystallization speeds entails three key strengths:

ForTii® 

EcoPaXX® is a high-performance aliphatic, biobased polyamide that uniquely balances the benefits of typical short and long chain polyamides, such as low moisture uptake and high mechanical performance.

It has wide applicability and is especially popular as a PA66 performance booster since it can be processed in the same tools.

EcoPaXX

Xytron PPS is a high-performance plastics compound based on linear polyphenylene sulfide that contributes to three key strengths: heat aging performance up to 240 °C; chemical resistance at high temperature; and dimensional stability. 

This polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) offers excellent chemical resistance, dimensional stability and is intrinsically flame retardant because of its electrical properties. 

Xytron PPS offers high stiffness up to a glass transition temperature of 90°C, with a continuous use temperature between 240-260°C. 

This family of PPS grades is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electronics and electrical, water management and specialized industrial applications.

Akulon® F-X9182 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin and boasts features such as being food contact-acceptable and having low and medium viscosity. It is predominantly applied in the automotive and transportation sectors, particularly for interior components in automotive applications.

Akulon® K224-PGC62 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin that belongs to the polyamide chemical family and can be reinforced with materials such as glass fibers and carbon fibers. It can also incorporate fillers like glass fiber and carbon fiber during its processing, which primarily involves injection molding.

Akulon® N24-G8 represents a family of high-performance materials that combine the attributes of polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. These materials are widely utilized by customers across the globe in diverse applications, spanning automotive, electronics, electrical, furniture, and packaging. In molded parts, these materials excel in providing a remarkable balance between ease of design and processing, all while delivering exceptional mechanical properties over a broad temperature range and under varying conditions.

EcoPaXX® Q-HXG6 is a long aliphatic polyamide with good thermal properties and good flow for use in high-precision insulating profiles. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, which offer exceptional performance in the most demanding environments, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. This grade is processed using injection molding and features special heat stabilization and 30% glass reinforcement.

Arnitel® EL630 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) offering flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, coupled with outstanding processing characteristics. As an eco-friendly alternative to conventional rubbers, it finds applications in industries like automotive and E&amp;E, delivering reduced environmental impact and cost savings. This material is suitable for injection molding processes and complies with food contact quality standards.

Akulon® K224-G6-FC BK00001 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin labeled as food contact acceptable and is characterized by its lightweight and UL flame-rated properties. This product finds applications in markets related to automotive and transportation, as well as healthcare and pharma.

Akulon® F127 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin that is suitable for food contact applications and is characterized by its low viscosity. It is commonly used in the printing and packaging industry, specifically for food and beverage packaging.

Stanyl® 46HF5050 is a superior polyamide renowned for its outstanding heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction properties, and excellent process flow. This high-performance polyamide is an excellent choice for demanding applications in automotive, E&amp;E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. With the ability to maintain its mechanical properties at temperatures as high as 220°C, it surpasses the performance of materials like PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and even PPS and LCP. It is ideally processed through injection molding and features good to high flow characteristics and heat stabilization.

Xytron™ G4024T/A is a high-performance plastic compound is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. It has excellent mold release, 40% glass reinforcement, and flame retardancy. It is best suited for injection molding.
